Privacy notice
This page explains what happens when you join the TivaPulse beta list. We collect an email address so we can tell you when a spot opens. We do not sell that address.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- That you checked “Email me about the TivaPulse beta. I can unsubscribe anytime.”, the version of that sentence, and the time you checked it. The time is recorded on our server.
- A random unsubscribe code we create, so a link in a later email can remove you.
- That the signup came from this coming-soon page.
- A bot check from Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes that check. We leave pre-clearance off, so the check does not set a cookie on this site.
- If we turn on Cloudflare Web Analytics, a cookieless page-view count. Cloudflare says that product does not use cookies or local storage and does not fingerprint visitors. This site does not show a cookie banner for that reason. Our lawyer still needs to confirm it.
This page does not ask for your name, your health information, or which apps you use.
Why we collect it
We email beta invites and updates, and only if you check the box. Signing up does not send you an email by itself. Before the first beta email, we will add a confirm-by-email step. Every email we send will include an unsubscribe link.
Who else handles the address
We never sell your email. We only share it with the services that help us run the beta:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site, runs the bot check, and (if enabled) the cookieless analytics.
- Supabase, which stores the list in its own table.
- An email provider, once we choose one, to send the invites.
Separate from the app
The beta list is not linked to an account, a profile, or anything you might later track in the app. Your email is not stored with health data.
Your health records are stored under a random ID, not your name or email, and your coach only sees your own data. A fuller privacy notice for the app, covering health data, will be posted before the beta opens.
How long we keep it
We keep the signup until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Unsubscribe stops further emails and keeps the address marked as unsubscribed. Delete removes the signup row. You can do either from the link in an email, or by writing to[email protected].
Deleting an account
There is no delete button in the app yet. Email[email protected] and we'll delete your account and everything tied to it. A self-serve delete button is coming.
Age
This list is for adults. It is not directed at anyone under 18.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we have, to fix an address, to delete it, or to stop emailing you. Use the unsubscribe link or email [email protected]. We will not ask you to log in to make that request.
